
At the SIEC – Retail & Commercial Real Estate Exhibition, silkke presented capsule as a new way for shopping centers to activate visitors and strengthen connections between brands and consumers.
Visitors were invited to enter capsule to create their Digital Human, receive a shareable souvenir video and appear on a Crowdwall displayed inside the mall. Brands could sponsor the experience and offer participants exclusive discounts, turning engagement into immediate store traffic and purchases.
Beyond the physical activation, shopping centers can also virtualize their buildings using silkke’s Virtual Real Estate infrastructure, allowing experiences to continue online or in virtual environments, creating a bridge between physical retail and digital destinations.
